Surrounded by bars, shops of all kinds and public transport we find this flat of 95mt2. The day area consists of a large and very bright living room with access to a nice balcony where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The night area consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and one has a single bed. The rooms share a complete bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The apartment is located in a central location of Barcelona. A few steps from historical monuments such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. It is also located 6 minutes away from the Parque de la Ciudadela, which is a favorite place for outdoor activities such as sports, walks or meetings with friends. You will also have a varied offer of all kinds of services around such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of commerce.  The nearest station is "Barceloneta" (L4) at 3 minutes walking distance.

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
