The apartment has a wonderful terrace of more than 50m2, in which to rest, and enjoy to the fullest, with a table and chairs to dine, eat and spend wonderful moments and several hammocks to sunbathe. There are practically no terraces in Barcelona how are you!!

The apartment has 4 bedrooms (one with two single beds, another room with a single bed and two rooms with a bunk bed in each room) in the living room there is a huge sofa where you can take a nap, and when you wake up you don't even know what day it is. Landlord policies

  • A forecast of funds is requested for the expenses of supplies, which will depend on the number of people who make up the reservation and the length of the stay.
  • Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Entry into our accommodations is autonomous and through an intelligent lock. We will send the instructions and codes to your mobile phone once all guests have checked in online and have signed the contract.
  • Check-out before 11:00 hours, if you do not leave before this time, an additional € 50 will be charged as a surcharge.
  • To be able to check in, it is essential to have made all the payments correctly, have signed the contract, and all the people who are going to stay must be correctly registered.
  • It is totally forbidden to have parties, meetings, listen to music, play instruments and any activity that involves noise and / or disturbances to the community of neighbors. If we receive annoyances or complaints from the neighbors, you will have to pay a compensation of 200 euros to the community of neighbors. The second time this happens, in addition to compensating the neighbors again, they must leave the accommodation as it will be considered a serious breach of the rental contract. Remember that the hours of rest and in which you can not make noise is from 22:00 to 8:00, during the rest of the day you must also behave correctly and without disturbing the community of neighbors.
  • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
  • It is totally forbidden to throw any object onto the street from the terraces or patios; or hang clothes or towels on the railings of the terraces or balconies.
  • Do not leave garbage in the common areas of the building; Garbage must be deposited in the places authorized for it.
  • Upon departure you must leave the apartment properly collected, without accumulated garbage bags or piles of unwashed dishes. The total cleaning cost on departure is borne by the tenant.
  • If you are given keys to the common areas of the building such as swimming pools or car parks, you must return them upon departure; Failure to do so will incur a cost of € 120 + VAT.
  • It is forbidden to consume any type of drug; If detected, we will inform the police and file a complaint with the competent authorities.
  • No smoking; You cannot smoke in any of our apartments. Leaving the apartment smelling of tobacco will mean that you will have to pay the cost of washing curtains, sofa covers and leaving the apartment disinfected for the next client.
  • It is forbidden to accommodate any person who is not registered in the contract and registered. In case of detecting this situation, you will be charged additionally for this person as if he were another guest from the beginning and he will be added to the lease, having the same rights and obligations as the rest of the guests.
