Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a small but modern apartment, which has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the city. Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room with access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer del Baluard. The kitchen is integrated, and has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from the day of arrival. The bedroom is double and has a large closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi and alarm. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. The beach of Barceloneta is 2 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park. In Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 2 minutes from the apartment you will find a nice promenade where you can walk and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts anchored at the dock. It also has a number of bus stops.  The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 10 minutes from the apartment. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
