There isn’t an elevator to this 4-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer del Mont, but it’s located on the 1st floor and the walk upstairs is easy. Opening the door, you enter into the relaxed atmosphere of an open dining and living area with a 6-seat table, large sofa and TV. There is one bedroom off of this room and it gets direct sunlight like this space, which has a cute little balcony to sit out on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Down the hall, you’ll find another bedroom and then the renovated kitchen, which comes fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. At the end of the hallway is the bathroom, and to the right is a smaller hall where the remaining bedrooms can be found.
L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is a densely populated area with a small Catalonian population, but a large Spanish one, so by the time you settle in, you’ll probably know a bit in both languages. The neighborhood is considered a business district and there are several major company headquarters here. If you happen to work at one of them, living here will be ideal. The area is well-connected to public transportation, but there are plenty of things you can walk to by foot. Torrassa Park is 10 minutes away, the Mercat de la Florida shopping mall is an 8-minute walk and there is a pharmacy, butcher shop, fish store, post office and grocery store within a 250-meter radius.

- LL does not accept residents of Barcelona as tenants.
- Deposit:
- Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month
- More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent
- Bills:
- The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
- Contracts:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in

- Check-in/out hours:
- Check-in: tenants to arrive at the landlord's office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
- If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
- Keys:
- Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
- Payment:
- You have 3 options to pay the balance:
- Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
- Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
- Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
- For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
- Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.

Transportation
- There’s a bus stop just down the street, less than 1 minute from the apartment. It serves line LH2. Alternatively, you can get to the bus stops at Av. Ponent or Carretera de Collblanc in a little over 5 minutes to get access to multiple day and night routes.
- It’s a 7-minute walk to the Collblanc metro station, on lines L5 and L9S. If you’d rather take line L1, the Torrassa station is only 8 minutes away in the opposite direction.
- At the Ernest Lluch tramway station, 10 minutes from your front door, you can catch trams T1, T2 and T3.
