The living room, cozy and functional, has a sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dryer, two microwaves and a variety of utensils that allow you to cook comfortably from the first day. It has a practical and well organized laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms. The suite room has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. There are three additional double rooms: two of them are exterior, with two single beds each, and spacious closets. One of them has a washbasin inside the room, a very practical extra.
The third double room is spacious and has a closet. The fifth bedroom is single and practical. In total, the apartment has three bathrooms, all with shower, which guarantees privacy and comfort for all occupants.

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

- Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
