Located in the center of Barcelona, a few steps from the wonderful Parque de la Ciudadela we find this 84m2 apartment, waiting for you.

The living room is a cozy space with a balcony overlooking Carrer del Portal Nou. The kitchen is independent and has been fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment.

The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and one single. The latter has been equipped as an office that you can use as you prefer. One of the double bedrooms also has a practical desk to study or work at home. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, one complete with bathtub and the other is a toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona, in Carrer del Portal Nou. A few steps from historical monuments such as the Arc de Triomphe, and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. It is also 13 minutes away from the most important square of the city, Plaza Catalunya.

You will find the Parc de la Ciutadella 5 minutes from the apartment, and it is the perfect place for outdoor activities with friends, sports or just walking and enjoying the day.

The nearest metro stations are “Arc de Triomf” (L1/Rodalies Renfe), “Urquinaona” (L4) and Francia station where you can take trains to different points outside the city. In addition, the Barcelona North Bus Station, one of the main bus stations in Barcelona, is located a few steps away and you can take from here buses with national and international connections.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.
  • Bills: A fixed consumption fee is paid each month. At the end of the stay, bills will be adjusted based on actual consumption if there has been excessive consumption.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Overnight guests: Permitted on an occasional basis, without additional costs. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Your landlord speaks spanish, english, french and italian.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
