- From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., it is possible to check-in for an additional cost of 65 euros; from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., the additional cost would be 85 euros, to be paid upon request.
- The form and house rules must be completed and signed. You will also be asked to provide a photo of your passport or valid ID.
- Parties are not allowed. In the event that a neighbor complains or provides evidence that a party is taking place in the apartment, the deposit will be withheld; and in case of damage, the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged items will be claimed.
- Cleaning fee (200) to be paid before check in and bills included up to a limit of €150.

Important: the final cleaning fee (200€) must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
In addition, tenants will be asked to make an advance payment of €300 to cover possible excess utility costs. Utilities are included in the rental price, but in the event that the amount specified in the listing is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from this amount. If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.
Check-in out of working hours:
