You can also enjoy a private patio of about 10m2 on the same level of the house with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
**The apartment also has an extra bedroom 14m2 with a private bathroom separate from the house and with access from the hall of the building**.
To access this independent room you have to leave the house and walk down the corridor through the entrance hall of the building. The room has a double bed and a small bathroom with a shower.
