You can also enjoy a private patio of about 10m2 on the same level of the house with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
**The apartment also has an extra bedroom 14m2 with a private bathroom separate from the house and with access from the hall of the building**.
To access this independent room you have to leave the house and walk down the corridor through the entrance hall of the building. The room has a double bed and a small bathroom with a shower. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided upon request (consult the landlord for the price)
- **Fees**
- Admin Fee: 1 month's rent + VAT payable to landlord, one time payment (mandatory).
- Cleaning service: A move-out cleaning fee is mandatory and depends on the apartment. The amount can range from €100 to €200 + VAT, depending on the square metres of the flat.
- Bills: The bills will be charged in advance each month. At check in, the first month´s bills are due. If the consumption exceeds the amount paid, the excess will be charged when finalizing the contract
- No contract preparation fee.

- Bookings of 6 months or more: domiciliation possible
