Docs: ID/Passport, proof of income (3 payslips, tax returns, or bank statements), and reason for stay. Companies need VAT/Tax ID.
Deposit: 1.5 months (stays <6m) or 2 months (>6m).
Pets: +1 month deposit & €100 cleaning fee.
Note: Utilities included up to a limit. Final cleaning deducted from deposit.
