Cosy studio perfect for one person or a couple, the location could not be better, stay in the historic centre of Barcelona and enjoy its bohemian side surrounded by the artists who settled in the area during the 20th century, next to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and just a few minutes' walk from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park and the Barceloneta beach.

It is located in the Born neighbourhood, very close to Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, El Corte Inglés department store and Las Ramblas.

It is divided into two areas: a living-dining room and a kitchen facing the main facade and a double bedroom with a private bathroom facing the rear facade.

In the bedroom we find air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs.

It does not have a washing machine but you will find two laundries very close by:

Lavomatic - Carrer del Consolat de Mar, 43, 45 - 3 minutes' walk

La Wash - Carrer del Correu Vell, 7 - 10 minutes' walk

The living-dining room has a 43-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment is delivered with towels and bed linen on arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to climb some steps. Building not adapted.

Fees:

  • The admin fee varies depending on the length of the contract.
  • The deposit is equal to one month's rent (single mandatory payment before check in).

If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, the following must be paid at the time of confirmation:

In case of cancellation only the deposit will be refunded.

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, when the booking is confirmed the admin fee will have to be paid, which is never refundable. All other payments are due 15 days prior to arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from 228 Aribau street.

Forcorporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
