Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This nice apartment of 45 m2 is very comfortable and modern, perfect for your temporary stay in Barcelona. In the day area we find the living room with integrated kitchen. The high ceiling and the volta catalana give us a bright and warm atmosphere at the same time. The living room has a sofa to rest and a table that you can use as a desk if you study or work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils to cook from your arrival; it also has a bar with high chairs so you can use this space as a dining room. The bedroom is double and en suite, is decorated with style and has a closet so you can store everything you need. It also has access to an interior patio where you can store cleaning utensils. The bathroom is complete with shower. The apartment has air conditioning and wifi.

The neighborhood: The area is very quiet and residential, surrounded by new and modern office and hotel buildings. The surrounding area is very well supplied with all kinds of commerce such as restaurants and bars, supermarkets, shopping centers, parks, etc. The Alhambra Park is located 4 minutes away from the apartment, at the edge of the Gran Via de l'Hospitalet Avenue; the Gran Via 2 Shopping Center is 7 minutes away; and the Plaza de Europa is 15 minutes away. Next to it is the IKEA furniture and decoration store. The nearest station is 5 minutes away: Provençana (L10S) and Santa Eulàlia station (L1) is 10 minutes away.

    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
