LEISURE STAYS ONLY: ID/passport, solvency proof, and signed tourism declaration required. Once confirmed, you need to submit documents within 3 days and complete payments within 7 days, or booking may be cancelled.
All tenants must be 18+.
For 5–11 month stays, deposit is 2 months. Move-ins on/after the 16th: Spotahome covers first 30 days; pay the remainder of next month to the landlord.
