Monthly Rental Apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). You will be able to enjoy the 70m2 that this apartment has during your temporary stay in Barcelona and feel at home. The day area consists of a cozy and bright living room decorated with great taste. A large window opens onto the nice balcony that invites you to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is integrated into the space and is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook from your entrance. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed, closet, is exterior and has access to a balcony. The second bedroom is interior, has a double bed and a large built-in closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning and wifi.
The neighborhood: The apartment is located in the district of Sants-Montjuïc, just a few steps from Avenida Paral-lel. This area has all the necessary services and is close to all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants. It is a very residential and familiar area, ideal for sports, outdoor activities and enjoy the views offered by the wonderful mountain of Montjuic. Plaza España, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the fountains of Montjuic and other tourist attractions are located about 20 minutes away; and on the other side, about 15 minutes away, we find Plaza de Drassanes where the Maritime Museum of Barcelona is located, and Paseo Colón Avenue that runs parallel to the sea and ends at the Museum of History of Catalonia, passing by the Maremagnum shopping center, the Aquarium of Barcelona, the Port Vell, among others. The nearest metro station is Paral-lel (L2 and L3), a 3-minute walk away.

- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
