Less than 10 minutes walking from the Westfield Glories shopping centre with access to a wide range of shops, pharmracy, supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and bars. Close to different parks such as Parc del Clot, Parc Central de Poblenou or Gran Clariana and Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, where you can also find the Design Museum and the Agbar Tower. It is important to note that this district is the best place to live in the Catalan city according to Time Out magazine's International 2023 survey. The nearest underground station is 6 minutes away: ‘Clot (L1/L2).

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
- 1-bedroom: €100/month
- 2-bedroom: €150/month
- 3-bedroom: €200/month
- 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
