The living room and the kitchen are integrated in a large space. In the cozy living room you can relax watching one of your favorite programs on the comfortable and colorful sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from the day of arrival, from kitchenware, utensils and appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a closet, and share 1 full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a practical desk for working or studying at home. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: The apartment is located in the emblematic neighborhood El Born, one of the oldest areas of Barcelona. Every corner has a story to tell and as you stroll through its narrow medieval streets, you can sit in one of its many hidden squares and enjoy some tapas on the terraces that overlook it. Nearby you can find beautiful monuments and tourist sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and the Moco Museum. The Parque de la Ciudadela is located a few minutes away, and is one of the favorite places in Barcelona for outdoor activities, sports or just sharing a snack with friends. In addition, here you will also find one of the urban landmarks of the city, such as the Arc de Triomphe, and a few blocks away, one of the most important bus stations: La Estación del Norte, which has national and international connections. A few steps away is Calle Princesa, which connects with Via Laietana, and is a busy street full of local commerce, trendy bars and a varied gastronomic offer. The nearest metro station is "Jaume I" (L4), a 6-minute walk away.

- OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
- 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
- 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
