The day area features the living room that has access to the large and wonderful terrace. This will be your favorite place in the apartment to disconnect from the day, relax on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a drink with friends.  The kitchen is an independent space, it has everything you need to cook at home from the day of arrival, and here you will also find a dining area for 4 people.  The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a desk to study or work at home. The neighborhood: The location could not be better. in one of the nicest neighborhoods to live: Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer del Montseny, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. The main square of the neighborhood is located 4 minutes away, where people gather in bars, restaurants and stores around the famous Clock Tower of the nineteenth century. The nearest metro station is "Fontana" (L3).

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
