Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This modern 50m2 apartment has been recently renovated and has everything you need to have the best stay in Barcelona. It has been stylishly decorated, full of details such as exposed brick, wood and warm colors that envelop the environment in a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. The day area has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. This space has access to a nice balcony, which will become your green area where you can go out and relax. The kitchen is modern and has all the utensils and high-end appliances to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.  The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a practical desk and closet. The second bedroom has a single bed and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower.  The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood: Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places to live, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. Surrounded by all kinds of commerce, between restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. The apartment is located in Carrer del Masnou, 6 minutes from Sants station (L3/L5). This is the main railroad station of the city so you can take trains to different national and international destinations. A 4 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities.  Approximately 9 minutes away you will find the busy Plaza España and the Arenas shopping mall, a few meters away you will find the magic fountain of Montjuïc, the National Art Museum of Catalonia and other tourist attractions. The nearest station is "Hostrafancs" (L1) 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

  • Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
    • Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.

  • OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
    • 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
    • 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
    • 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
    • *Ask the agent in each particular case.
    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

    • One day before your departure or the same day, the landlord will arrange a visit to inspect the apartment in the tenant's presence

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
