The sleeping area has 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with storage space: the first bedroom has a double bed and built-in closet. The second bedroom has a single sofa bed and an open closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. Among the amenities of the property are an outdoor swimming pool, doorman and optional parking. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high quality wifi.
The neighborhood: The location is unbeatable, located in Carrer de Provença, next to Av. Diagonal and steps from Paseo de Gracia and Paseo de Sant Joan. This is one of the best areas of Barcelona, with all services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.. It is also located near important tourist attractions such as the impressive works of the architect Gaudí, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batlló. Paseo Sant Joan, which is one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona is located 4 minutes walk away, where you can go for walks, sports and outdoor activities. Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
- 1-bedroom: €100/month
- 2-bedroom: €150/month
- 3-bedroom: €200/month
- 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer or credit card.
- Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
- Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

- Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
