This 140 m2 apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Barcelona the best. The day area consists of an elegant and bright living room where the white color is the protagonist and highlights all the wooden details. The large windows allow the entry of natural light and gives us access to a comfortable gallery. The independent kitchen is impeccable. The design of the floor combines perfectly with the blue tone of the cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for the day to day; the 5-burner stove is located on an island and is accompanied by a bar with high chairs where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. The night area has 3 bedrooms with double beds and large closets where you can store everything you need. There is also a fourth bedroom that you can use as a study. The bedrooms share 2 modern bathrooms, both have double sinks and one has a bathtub. The apartment has air conditioning by hot and cold pump, ducted heating and fiber as Wifi.
The neighborhood: As if that were not enough, the apartment is in an ideal location. In the area of Eixample Dreta, known for being very central, quiet and residential; a few steps from Avenida Diagonal; the beautiful Paseo de Gracia; and next to the renowned "Casa de les Punxes", one of the most famous architectural works of modernism in Barcelona. The nearest stations are located within 5 minutes walking distance: Verdaguer (L5/L4) and Diagonal (L3/L5). Also in the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores, bars, pharmacies and restaurants.

- OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
- 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
- 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
- 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
