The day area consists of a nice living room with views of the city, very bright thanks to its large window, you will have natural light throughout the room. With sofa, TV, armchair, dining table and chairs to enjoy delicious dinners. Nearby you will find the independent gas kitchen, in very good condition. It includes all the necessary appliances so you can prepare your best recipes. Next to it you will have access to the laundry area. The night area consists of 3 bedrooms which are distributed as follows: The main bedroom is double, nice and practical with wardrobes and a chest of drawers with 4 drawers to store your belongings. The second bedroom is also a double room with wardrobe and a small table and chair, perfect if you need to study or work. The third bedroom is a single room with wardrobes and a practical table to study and finally a studio type room with two tables and two chairs so you can work or study in complete privacy, as well as comfortable wardrobes in case you need to store more belongings. A comfortable bathroom with shower and a guest toilet complete the flat. This flat includes heating, air conditioning in the living room, hot water and high speed wifi. Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
