Located in the quietest and most renowned areas of Barcelona, you will have everything close by. From the most distinguished stores and locals in the area, to high standing restaurants.

It is a duplex apartment with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with many artistic details of high value in its decoration.

The day area invites you to its living room with ceilings of almost 4 meters high, it is very bright thanks to its large window from which you can access the balcony overlooking the city. Its sofa with TV and table invites you to relax after long days of work.

Next to the living room you will have access to the independent kitchen with dining area, very picturesque. Its particular table will invite you, your friends and family to enjoy delicious dinners and meals. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for your stay from oven, refrigerator. Nearby you will find the laundry area.

Through a long corridor you will access the night area of this fantastic duplex. Downstairs you have 4 bedrooms.

The main one is a suite with plenty of space to store your belongings in their closets, access to the open bathroom where you can find the perfect bathtub for the days after work, 2 sinks and a large mirror.  Three other single rooms and a bathroom with shower complete the second floor. One room is interior with closets and study table and we continue with two exterior rooms, also with closets and tables if you need to work and study.

Going up the stairs you access the 2nd floor where you will find the fifth single room, it is private and has closets, table and chair.

The sixth bedroom is a single room with a view of the kitchen from the second floor.

This house has air conditioning in two of its rooms and wifi.

This property is located very close to Av Diagonal with Paseo de Gracia, renowned streets of Barcelona. In addition to the shopping center L'Illa a few steps away, and parks with green areas such as Turó Park.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
