In addition, you will be very close to Plaza España and the beautiful Montjuic castle, surrounded by parks and green areas. A few steps away from green areas such as the Parque de la España Industrial and the Jardines de la Maternidad, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. At 8 minutes walking distance is located Sants Station (L3/L5), which is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations. And the popular stadium of the Barcelona club is also very close to the apartment.

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
