The living room is spacious, decorated in neutral tones that provide an elegant atmosphere. The luminous gallery appears as a corner full of light, perfect to enjoy reading a good book or simply relax with a drink in the comfortable armchair. The kitchen is independent and has been fully equipped so that nothing is missing when cooking, you will find all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles, two of them en-suite, and 1 single. The bathrooms of the bedrooms have a shower and a third bathroom has a bathtub. In the master bedroom, you will also find a spacious dressing room with access to a cozy balcony. An additional space equipped as a practical study is ideal for working or studying at home. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, alarm and wifi.
The neighborhood: The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is always one of the favorites of Barcelona. It is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. The apartment is located close to Enrique Granados Street, known for the wide variety of trendy bars and restaurants that open their terraces facing the street. The Hospital Clinic is located a few blocks away, and Diagonal Avenue, full of trendy stores and boutiques, is 4 minutes away from the apartment. The nearest stations are "Provença" (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, S6, S7), which is part of the Ferrocarrils network and connects you to the outskirts of the city; and Hospital Clinic (L5).

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

Payment Methods:

- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
