Upon entering, you will be surprised by the living room with integrated kitchen. This space is modern and decorated with neutral tones that provide an elegant atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home, such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The terrace is a luxury, spacious, furnished and overlooking the city. You can enjoy the colorful sunsets that Barcelona offers while enjoying lunch with friends. The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with storage space, however a third bedroom has been equipped as a dressing room where you will have more space to store what you need. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. A second, more private terrace is the ideal space to relax and have a drink. This can be accessed from one of the bedrooms and the dressing room. Also in this area of the apartment is the laundry area. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 100mb fiber as wifi. 

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in the Eixample neighborhood, this is one of the most valued areas of Barcelona for its strategic location. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. It is located in Carrer de Napols, very close to Paseo Sant Joan, one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona, perfect for outdoor activities, hiking and sports, also along its entire route offers a varied and very interested gastronomic offer. The iconic and impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia is located 10 minutes away. Nearby you will also find Plaza Tetuan, the Parque de la Ciudadela, the emblematic Arc de Triomf, and the North Station, which is one of the 3 most important bus stations in Barcelona, and from where you can access national and international connections. The nearest stations are 6 minutes away: "Monumental" (L2) and Plaza Tetuán (L2).

  • Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).

  • OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
    • 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
    • 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
    • 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
    • *Ask the agent in each particular case.
    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
