The high ceiling and the direct access to the terrace allow to fill the space with natural light. The details are essential and in this case is no exception, the moldings in blue and gold tones stand out harmoniously on the ceiling and combine perfectly with the colors chosen for the furniture and decoration. The dining room is very comfortable; and the kitchen is integrated with a bar and high chairs that will invite you to have meals and gatherings with family and friends. It is fully equipped with all the high-end appliances and utensils you need to feel at home, such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and even coffee maker. The furnished terrace will be your favorite space to enjoy the sunny days and the warm weather of the city. The night area has 3 nice bedrooms, all with double beds and closets. The master bedroom, en suite, is very luminous and the most spacious. The other two bedrooms share a fantastic bathroom with shower and bathtub.  There is a laundry area, where the washing machine is located. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

A 2-minute walk away is the square and Urquinaona station (L1/L4).

  • OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
    • 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
    • 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
    • 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
    • *Ask the agent in each particular case.
    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
