Decorated with a lot of style, the spacious living-dining room welcomes us with a spectacular view of the Avenida Diagonal. In this space you will be able to relax watching your favourite programmes or enjoy a meal on the terrace, and in the corner of the living room you will find a desk that will be perfect if you study or work from home. The kitchen, which is semi-independent, is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and all the appliances you need to cook on a daily basis, from a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, to the essential coffee machine. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with access to the second terrace overlooking the pool. The bedrooms are double rooms with wardrobe; the master bedroom is a suite. In total, the flat has 2 complete bathrooms with shower, The flat has air conditioning and heating by hot and cold pump, as well as fibre optic. Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
- 1-bedroom: €100/month
- 2-bedroom: €150/month
- 3-bedroom: €200/month
- 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
