Upon entering you will find a nice hall and a spacious living room. The living room has access to a beautiful terrace of about 5m2 completely outside. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances and utensils such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils.  The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them doubles (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and one with a single bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and fiber wifi. The apartment is located in Fígols street with Joan Güells, in a very quiet and residential area. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores and services such as supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, restaurants, and parks. In addition, it is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest metro station is Les Corts (L3) and Plaça del Centre (L3).

    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
