In a privileged location you will find this charming apartment, with all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a cozy hall with closet and a corridor that leads to the different areas of the apartment. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and round table for your meals. From here you connect to a large terrace that overlooks a very large inner courtyard, the inner courtyard offers an incredible amplitude and luminosity to the apartment. On this terrace there is also a furnished area where you can have lunch or dinner, as well as the closet with the washing machine. The kitchen in an independent space is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to facilitate your day to day. In the night area there are two double bedrooms, the master en suite with bathroom with shower, closet and access to the large terrace. The apartment has a second bathroom also with shower. The apartment has heating, air conditioning and wifi. When we think of describing the area where the flat is located, we do not know where to start, as it is strategically close to everything you need. Located in Enric Granados street, 2 minutes walk from Avenida Diagonal and 5 minutes from Rambla Catalunya, with access to a large number of shops and services, such as banks, pharmacies, gyms, clothing shops and more. Less than 5 minutes away you have the supermarket Ametller Origen and Caprabo, both local shops that work mainly with local products. Enric Granados is a street that stands out for its great gastronomic offer, with a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés. For example, the restaurant MarisCo, which has a menu to delight even the most demanding palates with its variety of seafood dishes, such as its traditional octopus bomb, among other dishes of the house, or if you prefer red meats, in the same street you will find La Selva, a top quality grill. As far as public transport is concerned, you have several alternatives along Av. Diagonal and in the surrounding streets, such as Balmes street, where different bus lines run. The train and metro station Provença (S1/S2 - L6/L7) is a 4-minute walk away and the Diagonal metro station (L3/L5) is 7 minutes away.

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
