From here, you can access the cozy balcony overlooking Rambla de Catalunya, the city's arterial road. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, from basic utensils to high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The night area has 3 double bedrooms: one of them is a suite with a bathtub, a double bed and also has access to a balcony. The other bedrooms have 2 single beds, share 1 full bathroom with bathtub, and each one has enough storage space in the closets. The apartment has a laundry area. It is also equipped with alarm. air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood: The location is privileged, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is always one of the favorites of Barcelona. It is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. Both La Rambla and Paseo de Gracia, one block away from the apartment, are 2 of the most important streets of the city, which connect with Plaza Catalunya. In both streets you will find urban and touristic landmarks such as the houses of the architect Gaudi, as well as a wide range of stores and fashion boutiques. Another important street to mention is Calle de Enrique Granados, known for the wide variety of trendy bars and restaurants that open their terraces onto the street. The nearest station is 3 minutes away: "Provença" (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, S6, S7), which is part of the Railway network and connects you to the outskirts of the city.

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
- 1-bedroom: €100/month
- 2-bedroom: €150/month
- 3-bedroom: €200/month
- 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

- Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
