The apartment has 2 floors: the day area located on the second floor and the rest area on the second floor. The day area has a bright living room with integrated kitchen. This is a large space full of details that provide a cozy atmosphere, where you will feel at home. A large window allows the entry of natural light and is also the access to the balcony overlooking Carrer de Mare de Deu del Remei.  The modern kitchen has been equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances needed to cook from day one, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A wooden bar, accompanied by 2 high benches, is the perfect space to enjoy meals, and also has an extendable table in case you need more space. On this level there is also a toilet, used as a guest bathroom.   The night area consists of a comfortable double bedroom suite. An area equipped as a dressing room, has enough storage space to store everything you need. The elegant bathroom has been decorated with wooden details that stand out in the black color of the accessories.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The apartment is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district, just a short walk from Avenida Paral-lel. This area has all the necessary services and is close to all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants. It is a residential and family area, ideal for sports, outdoor activities and enjoy the views offered by the wonderful mountain of Montjuic. Plaza España, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the fountains of Montjuic and other tourist attractions are located about 10 minutes away; and on the other side, about 15 minutes away, we find Plaza de Drassanes where the Maritime Museum of Barcelona is located, and Paseo Colón Avenue that runs parallel to the sea and ends at the Museum of History of Catalonia, passing by the Maremagnum shopping center, the Aquarium of Barcelona, the Port Vell, among others. The nearest metro station is Paral-lel (L2 and L3), a 4-minute walk away.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
