This apartment is located a few meters from the beautiful Parque de la Ciudadela and enjoys a cheerful and idyllic atmosphere that surrounds the Born neighborhood. Its 60m2 have been perfectly distributed and used so you can feel at home. There are 3 exits to balcony or patio which allows cross ventilation and is ideal for eating outside in the sun or shade according to taste. The day area is very bright, has a comfortable living room with integrated kitchen. It has been decorated with a palette of colors that fill the space with life. The kitchen is American style and has all the utensils and appliances to cook from the day of arrival such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, built-in closet and exit to a cozy balcony. A second room of flexible use and with exit to the patio, has a sofa bed that allows you to convert the space into a rest area; or it can also function as a practical desk where you can perform study or work activities as you prefer. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has a small patio and storage room. It is equipped with security alarm, air conditioning, heating, fiber optics (1gb), double glass doors, Smart TV and monitor.
The neighborhood: The apartment is located in a central and idyllic area in Barcelona, in the Born neighborhood. It is located in a pedestrian street, very quiet and surrounded by green areas. Next to the wonderful Parc de la Ciutadella and the Arc de Triomf, a few steps from historical monuments such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. El Born is a neighborhood with access to a wide range of services such as supermarkets, restaurants, and all kinds of commerce. In its streets, medieval style, there are cafes, boutiques and trendy bars where you can enjoy some drinks and delicious tapas. The nearest station is "Arc de Triomphe" (L1), a 4 minute walk away. Two stations of great importance as they have regional lines, medium distance and even international destinations, are Nord station and France station, 7 and 9 minutes away respectively.

- 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

- This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
- The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.
The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
