Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). This is a 65m2 apartment strategically located, and has everything you need during your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a bright living room, with wooden details and Catalan vault ceiling that give a very cozy feel to the space. The kitchen is semi-integrated and very modern, it has all the utensils and appliances to cook at home, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The terrace is 20m2 just for your enjoyment. It is furnished and will become your favorite space for sunbathing. The night area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, which share a full bathroom with shower.   The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, gas heating and high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is always one of the favorites of Barcelona. It is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. La Rambla and Paseo de Gracia, 2 of the most important streets of the city are located a few minutes from the apartment, where you will find urban and tourist landmarks such as the houses of the architect Gaudi, as well as a wide range of stores and fashion boutiques. The apartment is located on Enrique Granados Street, known for the wide variety of bars and restaurants that open their terraces onto the street. A 2-minute walk away is the nearest station: "Provença" (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, S6, S7), which is part of the Railway network and connects you to the outskirts of the city; and 5 minutes away is the station "Diagonal" (L3/L5).

    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*

    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).
