- For bookings longer than 6 months, an additional administrative fee of 500€ has to be paid after the booking is accepted.
- The cleaning fee is upon a request available 80 euro.
- Bills are included in the rent, however if there is an higher usage, the landlord will request the payment of the extra usage.
