we have three big mobile PHone company in Here: Turkcell , Vodafone and Avea. if u wanna talk with other erasmus u should buy a sim card with this companies.. İ can help u to find a good accommadition in Kocaeli. City Center is called İzmit and it is good option...

Vodafone is always good option..İf u wanna speak with your friends and family in turkey u should use Skype or calling center.. by the way i can use Yoigo:) but it is so expensive.. Turkcell also have some campaign for foreign countries.
