What is it like to live in Vitoria? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Quiet, peaceful, nice, clean and lively. I suggest it to everyone. There are many interesting buildings and historical monument in the city.

What is the student lifestyle like in Vitoria?

The teachers are easy to get along with. There are many courses to choose from, but only a few of them thought in English language, so need to know Spanish. The classes are usually held in the afternoon and evening.

How much does it cost to live in Vitoria?

Usually you can buy in a good price. Except Sundays the shops are open every day, even up to 8-9 hours at night.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Vitoria? Is there any advice you can give?

The university apartment has an advisory organization which works fine. I found my accommodation in a Spanish website, so now I live with Spaniards.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

They eat a lot of bread, cereals and fish, there is also a wide variety of fruits and vegetables available. They are famous for Tortilla and Pintxo.

What places would you recommend visiting in Vitoria?

All the park, which for the Green Capital 2012 as been renovated and is continuously maintained. Many Renaissance building, various types of bars.

Is it good to eat out in Vitoria? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Usually I do not eat out, because the restaurants are usually a bit expensive, the bars have delicious meals. There are many small bars, where you can get daily menu, although it seems a little much for me.

Is the nightlife good in Vitoria? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is usually taking place in bars, especially at Thursday and Friday evenings/nights.

What advice would you give future students heading to Vitoria?

Nice town, very few people speak a language other than Spanish, so a basic knowledge of Spanish is barely enough up here. The teachers are nice and help a lot, and everything easy to solve.
