Room for rent

january 2021 until august 2021

I will move out for the summer semester to study in sweden, so we are looking for someone who would like to move into my room.

You will have three roommates (1 girl, 2 boys) and you will share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and the 25qm rooftop with them.

it is a 10min walk to the main university (2min tram ride) and it is very close to grocery stores, various cafes, gym, pharmacies, book stores, ..anything you need.

We sometimes cook together, drink together, have bbq‘s and openair cinema on the rooftop, and we like to spend some quality time together, but we also like and accept each others privacy.

a fully furnished 18qm room

-1.40m bed

-mirror

shared living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and a rooftop with 360° view, washing machine, grill and wifi.

3 new roomies and for sure a fun time.

monthly rent: 450€

about the fully furnished room: I will take down all the pictures for sure and also the fairy lights if you want me to.
