Why did you choose to go to Valladolid, Spain?

The province of Castille and Leon, is one of the best to learn the original Spanish.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

5 months scholarship, 430 euro per month for basic expenses.

What is the student lifestyle like in Valladolid?

Valladolid is a student-friendly city. Although is very small this doesn't affect the Erasmus students to have fun. Generally, from Wednesday to Saturday there are many things to do and many places to party; )

Would you recommend the city and the University of Valladolid to other students?

Although Valladolid is a small city and ugly, compared to other cities in Spain, I would definitely recommend it.

The University is well organized with beautiful facilities. Due to its small quantity of students, the professors have a more personal relation between the students.

What is the food like?

Unfortunately, I come from a country that has a very heavy tradition on food. Actually, food is one of the things I really miss from Greece. There are some very good tapas bar here though.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Valladolid?

No, it was very easy to find an apartment to live.

How much does it cost to live in Valladolid?

Approximately, 600 euros per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The University organizes every September, December and February if I am not mistaken language courses for the Erasmus students.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Valladolid from your city?

By plane to Madrid and then bus to Valladolid.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Valladolid?

Plaza San Miguel.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Plaza Mayor, Cathedral, National Museum of Sculptures, Campo Grande.
