The way of life in Valencia

When I arrived over there, it was 25°C and a beautiful day. Which made me want to see more of nature (unusual for me).

Now, speaking seriously, the shops, they open around 10am and close around 9pm, which is different to Orléans (the town I live in). There are so many shops and it’s impossible to leave any of them without buying something.

Another thing that I also loved is the nightlife in the city, honestly, it’s fun. Concerts take place in the middle of the street, it drives people mad.

It’s a very lively town, the streets are always full of people and parties. Despite difficult times, the people are always smiling.

I noticed that every Sunday people would put on their nicest going out clothes and older people always look classy.

Also, another thing that caught my attention almost straightaway were the orange trees. So when I, coming from Brazil and practically next to the Amazon, saw one I wanted to climb the tree and take an orange, but... they’re not quite edible so I wouldn’t recommend you do that.

The roads and the places to visit around the town centre have a historic side to them, and they attract attention and arouse curiosity so even if you don’t really like the style too much, you’re still interested in seeing them.

Honestly, the people in Valencia are lovely.
