What is it like to live in Utrecht? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I'd recommend Utrecht to everybody. It's a great city to live and very internationalized. Almost all Dutch speak English and there is lots to do.

What is the student lifestyle like in Utrecht?

The student lifestyle is very free. There are parties every day. Many Dutch students go to their parents' home in the weekends, but the internationals will be in the city on the weekends too.

How much does it cost to live in Utrecht?

Around 400-500 euros a month.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Utrecht? Is there any advice you can give?

Yes. Try to get a place through someone you know. You could live just outside the city too. Public transport is great, but it's much livelier in the city itself.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Almost all culinary kitchens can be found in Utrecht. A diet is no problem.

Is it good to eat out in Utrecht? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

There are a lot of places. You could eat out everyday and still have not tried everything.

Is the nightlife good in Utrecht? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is great. There are parties everyday.
