Generally, what is University Paul Valéry - Montpellier III like?

Paul Valéry University is very peaceful. You have lots of green areas and fountains, which is great for having a break between classes, it creates a perfect atmosphere.

We feel comfortable in this university.

What are the facilities like?

You have access to computer rooms whenever you want. The library is not always open, comparing it to UOB (University of Birmingham). But the way of living and studying in France is completely different, you study at home and never use the library.

What are the tutors like?

The teachers are great, and usually enjoy speaking to students, especially with Erasmus and international students.

Are the lessons easy in University Paul Valéry - Montpellier III?

It depends in which year you are and how classes are in your home country. Indeed, before moving in England it was very hard for me, lots of work, many classes. But for English people it is easier because we have less homework, due to the fact that we work more during class hours.

Does the University organize activities? If so, what are they like?

There are some student associations, but you cannot compare them to the English ones. As a French student, I did not pay attention to what events the university was organizing for other students. I think they are doing things for Erasmus but again, it will not be as it is in England.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

The quality of their teaching is great. You learn a lot each year, but you will need to learn everything by heart because you only have big exams by the end of the year.

I can't think about a story right now.
