Sunset Lake, Horse Ranch - Eglin Airforce Base, Florida, U.S.A

Living in the pan-handle region of Florida for 10 years now - Florida has many things to present to a fella tourist while he comes down during the summer break. ( Remember Miami guys??) One of these places, is a small horse ranch that is located about 5 minutes from Fort Walton Beach. It holds a spectactular scenery of the lake that is nearby.

The lake itself is already magnificent in the day time, giving us shades of blue, while it reflects the sky and nearby trees so splendly. But one of the best times to see this lake, is during a sunset. Because when the sun falls, you can see so much more than just the magnificent blue in the day time, you see hues of yellows, oranges, reds and some greens and as the sun falls lower, its almost as if it is a snippet from a movie, or a National Geographic photo shot. 

One of the best actitivies to do one this lake other than watching and listening to nature, is fishing. While you are sitting and listening to nature, you'll see many fishes jump during the day throughout the evening.  

This is definately a location that I would recommend to nature lovers and photograhpers any day! You can check out some of the photos I took last year when I went back for my summer break!
