Generally, what is University of Trento like?

University of Trento is one of the top universities of Italy, with nice academic stuff and nice student dormitory. But I have feeling that education system is little bit outdated. I am a student of Master degree and we have only lectures during the semester, sometimes some course is organising few debates or group presentations, but this happens frequently. Majority of lectures are monotonous and boring.

What are the facilities like?

In my opinion university facilities are really nice. We have here edu-rooms and study auditoriums are really nice.
The city Trento itself is very nice town, with historical heritage sites and beautiful architecture.

What are the tutors like?

Tutors are qualified, but power distance between students and professors are high. So it means that professors are not often available for any explanations or for asking questions.

Are the lessons easy in University of Trento?

I would say lessons are monotonous lectures and boring as I mentioned above. But they are easy.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

University is organising activities, e.g. we had welcome party for international students and outgoing tours as well. University's sport department is offering any kind of sport courses and other activities, which is very helpful I would say.

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

Teaching quality I would evaluate as a middle+.
