1st try to see the northern lights

We're still in October and the northern lights are not easy to see, but there are people who have seen them, even for a long time! I was tired of hearing how wonderful they are, so I decided to go search for them. Robin´s buddy studies astronomy and he told him when it is posible to see the northern lights. He said it would be possible on Monday and they appeared! And on Tuesday there were even more, so we went to try to see them.

Armed with courage and conviction, we put all our heavy artillery against the cold, we took the bikes and went on an adventure into the lake, where it is supposed to be easier to see, because of the lack of light.

The lake was really nice, dark, no lights, but it was a little scary! First problem of the night, there was no wood in the entry boxes, whether we expect a really cold night.

We arrived at the lake before 10 and we were there only until 11:30, until people left. I was holding up well, but it seems that I was the only one...

So finally we went back home. There will be more chances!

The truth is that I had a good time there, and it made me think that there are people that are going on erasmus just for the party. I have chosen a small city, surrounded by all field and forest. There is party, and a lot, as you may know by my post! but going one night to the lake to try to see the northern lights... I think that is priceless!
