Why did you choose to go to Udine, Italy?
Because I haven't got any other option to do my internship in Italy
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
3 months and the Erasmus+ 's grant is 400€
What is the student lifestyle like in Udine?
I'm here working (internship) so I really don't know how lives an student. But if you are looking for a crazy city where to go out and met outgoing people...maybe you should choose Bologna ;)
Would you recommend the city and the University of Udine to other students?
I'm not studying in the University so I couldn't say anything about it. In general the northern italian universities are good.
What is the food like?
As in the rest of Italy food is really good!
They have so many different kind of cheese, prosciuto, and a great amount of greengrocers.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Udine?
If I'm sincered it's quite difficult to find a room just for 3 months. They want to rent you a room for 6 months (or more) and ask you for 3 months deposit (in advance)
How much does it cost to live in Udine?
One room single costs about 220-250€, and one "doppia" (doublé) is around 190€
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Yes
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Udine from your city?
From Spain:
1-Valencia/Barcelona to Treviso or Trieste and then take a train or blablacar
2-Madrid to Bologna or Milano and then a train or blablacar
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Udine?
To the Visionario to listen some music or watch a film or to any osteria to eat something tipycal.
You can drink some bears in "Black Stuf" or "Bire"
