Bad Experience in Madrid

Went here on Eramus for a year a few years back. Awful University. Bar one or two, mostly very rude teachers and staff who don't like foreigners. None of the Spanish students would help or interact with any Erasmus students and looked down on us. Got robbed and tried to explain to one of staff what happened me and she just made a rude comment about my lack of Spanish. People from Madrid can be very aggressive and direct and even racist towards non Spanish people and get angrily very easily. One regret is that I didn't leave earlier.

Used to love Spanish. But my year in Madrid completely put me off the language and going back to Spain.
