International food tasting

English classes, one of the best subjects which I could choose. It is amazing when people from all over the world meet and learn the English language. During classes we have the opportunity to talk about differences between our cultures and about our countries. Moreover the teacher is awesome and very open minded. She starts many international topics. Besides normal exercises we can confirm our way of thinking, traditions and habits to the other nations.

Last time we had to prepare traditional food from our countries. It was a very  interesting experience as every student took this challenge very seriously. Before the big tasting started we needed to prepare small presentations about our meals. During that class I could meet all different kinds of taste from all over the world face to face. I prepared polish dumplings, in polish “pierogi”. This is a very popular dish in Poland.

Erasmus gives a really great opportunity to learn something from other nations, meet amazing people and share your experiences with them.
