What is the student lifestyle like in Turin?

My recommendation is to look for somewhere close to the city centre, it is where most of the nice things about the city are (plus bars and clubs)

Would you recommend the city and the University of Turin to other students?

Yes but take it easy on the studies and do it as a continuous effort rather than just study everything during the exam period, it will kill your brain

What is the food like?

The food is really good as you would expect from Italy, with good eye for prices you can have decently priced menus with really good food

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Turin?

Yes but I did it fairly late, I would recommend to start looking for accommodation as soon as you know you will come to Turin

How much does it cost to live in Turin?

Some places are a bit expensive, but you can always find some good apartments or the university's dorms

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are language courses available for all levels in the politecnico. For me learning it wasn't hard since I'm Spanish and it is very similar

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Turin from your city?

From Spain it is by plane

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Turin?

Clubbing is not really my thing, but just ask, there are 3/4 main clubs that everyone goes to, otherwise go to the square by the river, it is famous for its nightlife

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Turin?

There are many depending on your liking, so I recommend to explore a bit. Pasto is brilliant if you are looking for handmade pasta (call before to make a reservation)

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Turin in the future?

Look up the heating hours and make up your mind if you want an electric heater
