Why did you choose to go to Turín, Italia?
To learn Italian and the University is cheaper here than in other places.
What is the student lifestyle like in Turín?
Relax. Is not a big city so sometimes is a little bit boring, but still there are a lot of museums and is really easy to move around (one of the advantages of being a little city).
Would you recommend the city and the University of Turín to other students?
Yes, but not for more than one year.
What is the food like?
Italian. Pizza and Pasta.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Turín?
No.
How much does it cost to live in Turín?
Is not that expensive compare to other cities (Roma - Milano).
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
It's a little bit difficult at the beginning because not that much people speak English. Yes, there are Italian courses.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Turín from your city?
Airplane.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Turín?
Focacceria Lagrange.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Palazzo Madamma. Superga.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Turín in the future?
If you want to experience the lifestyle of a little/medium city, with relax movement Torino is your city. But if you want something that is more open to the world and with more cultural exchange Torino is not your City.
