Why did you choose to go to Torino, Italy?
Because first of all, I love Italy and I fell in love with this country a few years ago and second of all, the only Italian city my University could offer was Turin so I decided to take a chance and go somwhere where I haven't been yet :)
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
My scholarship is 5 months long and I receive 500euros every month.
What is the student lifestyle like in Torino?
It depends on the number of lessons you have in a week and how much work you have to do but I think it's rather loose.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Torino to other students?
Of course I would!
What is the food like?
Amazing! A lot of places around every corner where you can buy pizza, foccacia, pasta and ice creams.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Torino?
No. I used Bakeca.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Yes, you have the opportunity to attend Italian courses for erasmus people on different levels of proficiency.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Torino from your city?
By plane.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Torino?
Well, there are a lot of clubs and bars here so people who love night life won't be dissapointed.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Torino?
There are too many good restaurants to pick up only some of them.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Museum of Cinema, Museum of the Automobil, Basilica di Superga, a lot of beautiful churches, Park Valentino .
