five attractions not to miss in Tunisia

Tunisia is a very beautiful north african country with a strategic location on the Mediterranean sea and amazing attractions that anyone can try and can not miss during a visit to the country. The climate especially make it a very attractive destination since the days are almost everyday sunny allowing to spend days relaxing on the beach, the beach is calm and without waves, very clear as the blue sky and the wind very calm and many attractions exist for poeple to relax more and have great fun inside of the sea like the jetski or the parachutes.

1-Hammamet

Hammamet is a city located not so far from the capital Tunis that is characterised by an amazing beach, by great hotels, cafes and restaurants that exist in front of the most famous place in the city near the famous castle that was previously the home of a previous king. The city is famous for its delicious ice cream, for traditional clothes especially for the married women that wear a lot of gold jewelry with colthes also in golden aspect characteristic of the city. The attractions of the city are localised mainly in the beach where poeple can enjoy the tours by pirate boats, or be guided by the jetski.

The malls are not few in side the city that presents many with the most famous trends and labels, the city is also famous for its Parc destined for leisure activities called Carthage Land where the entrance costs almost 10 euros. The port with its very beautiful yachts decorated together in an awesome organisation, in front of the port we can distinguish a long street where poeple can enjoy walks near the port or can also sit in the multiple cafes alongside the sea port. The city is also very much known for its fair where many traditional clothes, sweets, cosmetic products, or even products from some arabic coutries like Syria are exposed such as bed sheets embroidered in very detailed and beautiful way.

2- Carthage

Carthage is a historical city known for its very famous museums that describe a period of glory the city knew in the past decades. The museum 's entrance is very cheap almost 5 euros per person which is a symbolic amount. The city contains the most wonderful cultural heritage and beautiful landscapes ever. The International Carthage Festival is a aavery famous and renewned cultural event that is held every summer at the ancient theater and it is an ocasion where people gather together to watch a show or spectacle and be happy.

The city, very famous for its cultural aspects also holds festivals that are not only destined for music but also for Theatre or for movies. Not so far we can see a conserved cathedral in the top of the hill that is converted into a museum that can be visited whatever the time is and with a very conserved structure and amazing architecture. The older line of metro called TGM can be taken from the first station Tunis Marine to do a trip of almost one hour to 40 min and pass by different cities around the northern urban area, poeple can discover by the way the two famous coastal towns called Sidi Bousaid and Marsa to discover the beaches as well and the touristic places like the old port of Sidi bousaid, the boat trips by the sea, the typical homes in white and blue on one hand and Marsa also thats is characterised by its amazing mall with a great cafe localised on the roof of the building giving an amazing site view, its famous cinema room with most recent movies and its most famous cafe in a place called safsaf where a young camel live inside it as a domestic animal and poeple can do photos with this amazing animal for free, also many delicious specialities can be tasted in this famous restaurant for not so much expensive dishes.

3- Korbous

Korbous is also famous for its beautiful sites especially that the city is built on a very steep mountain with many sources of mineral and hot water coming from the mountain creating many natural baths around the mountain everywhere to create its beauty and its benefits for poeple coming for everywhere in the world. Built on this mountain, many natural spa were built in the last decade most frequent visitors for these thermal spa try it to cure diseases bathing in its source called ain in arabic language where hot water allow the body the be relaxed and more specifically be cured from rhumatism, arthritis and certain diseases of the nervous system.

The city is not yet reached by tourists, that is the reason why it appears really unique in many ways, poeple can also do picnics in the nature while enjoying the wonderful view, the sauna also exist inside of some other spas inside the city for poeple who does not like bathing in natural water in public, the city is worthy for a visit during a whole day allowing relaxtion, swimming, meeting new poeple and many other leisure activities that people should not miss.

4- Tozeur

Tozeur is a city called the Oasis of Tunisia, localised in the south of the country this city is in the doors of desert it is the real oasis and it allows much work activities. Located in the south of Tunisia, Tozeur is also one of the best new touristic destinations focused mainly on the discovery of a part of the big tunisian desert. Tozeur is indeed the best in terms of tourism in the desert for example using the big cars destined for desert 4x4 mainly for excursion, tours by quad expedition, to admire the hot sand dunes. A sunset in this setting is a breathtaking sight that poeple should not miss during their stay. In recent years, the city is characterised by very luxurious habitations. Anyone must think outside and enjoy his holiday otherwise by choosing to go to Tozeur, especially as it offers muliple stays on this destination but this destination is becoming more and more unique by its natural authentic aspect, by its amazing water falls coming out from the mountains. The desert also offers many great mountains, located in the northern part of the region of Tozeur that poeple can visit in many excursions to do during a safari in the desert. A characteristic red train of the south offers great trips between the rocky mountains and a great discovery of that area it was may be abandoned by its inhabitants for some time but nowadays people from the capital go there in order to enjoy a journey lasting from three days to a whole week where they can discover the oasis, the fresh water, the natural sources coming from the mountain, the train was also renovated in its locomotives. This very original mean of transport give a special taste to the journey in the south, it's also to note that dates are a characteristic of the south , they have the most amazing quality ever as they have a taste of sugar and honey and the economy of the country is based on the export of original Tunisian dates to European countries. Apart of dates there is also the legmi which is mainly an essence of the palm tree , an inside liquid is extracted and fermentated for some days to have its own original aspects mad giving it's sugar that's when this magical liquid can be tasted and sold also as it have many medical benefits to the body. Poeple must just be careful that this liquid can turn into a liquid that make people loose a bit the mind exactly like the alcohol abuse so poeple must moderate their drinking and be moderate with the palm tree milk.
